PRO – Ketone + Protein Shake (Pick your Flavor)

Try a PRO shake which is a combination of ketones and protein (can be used while fasting)

*Vegan flavors: Banana Cream, Blueberry + Cookie Butter (all other flavors contain egg white)

How I use this with OMAD: I consume 1 packet of pro every day about 1 hour or so before breaking my fast! This has been shown with testing my glucose to reduce the spike from the meal, I use this strategically along with NAT within my daily fast to help me avoid hunger and cravings making omad an easy lifestyle to stick to!

• Banana Peanut Butter Shake: Banana Cream Pro Sweet Kreme Keto//Kreme + Ice and water + Powdered Peanut butter or natural peanut butter to taste, blended.

You can add half to a full avocado to any of the above recipes to make it extra loaded with healthy fats and potassium! You can also make any recipes above with an unsweetened milk base (like coconut milk or almond milk) instead of the keto kreme, but keto kreme provides a boost of collagen!  There is MCT in both products which helps your bodies natural ketone production!
