Fulfillment Policy

 

  • Delivery policy — Orders are shipped next day in most cases, with COVID-19 There have been some shipping delays on some products, we will update the product description to include any delays in shipping so you know before you order if there are any delays expected. If your tracking shows your item was delivered at your address, but you didn’t receive your order email support@beginyourexperience.com and we will get this resolved for you.

 

  • Return policy – If for any reason you are not happy with your sample pack or are unable to use the product you can return it for a refund of the unused product. email: support@beginyourexperience.com to begin a refund process.
